Highlands Appoints Neil Johnston as Head of B2B Sales Europe

Highlands is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Johnston as Head of B2B Sales Europe, bringing more than three decades of proven commercial leadership to the company’s expanding sales organisation.


Neil most recently served as Head of Sales at The Pilot Pen Co. (UK) Ltd, where he led national sales strategy, key account development, and high‑performance team leadership. With over 30 years of sales experience, Neil has built a reputation as a results‑driven leader with a strong track record of delivering growth, strengthening customer relationships, and driving commercial excellence across diverse markets.


In his new role, Neil will oversee Highlands’ B2B sales strategy across the UK and Europe, with a focus on accelerating channel growth, deepening partnerships, and expanding the company’s footprint in key verticals. He will work closely with the executive team to enhance Highlands’ value proposition and support customers with innovative, insight‑led solutions.
