Building an Amazon Brand and Driving Profitable Growth
Client - Nifty Bargains
Product Category - Home & DIY / Home & Kitchen
Time Period - March 2025 – Present

The Challenge
Nifty Bargains was a relatively new brand on Amazon, with a large product range, complex advertising campaign structures and limited understanding of the marketplace.
With TACoS initially high, the client had concerns about the level of investment required. The objective was to establish a stronger Amazon presence, improve advertising efficiency and build a foundation for sustainable growth across key product categories.
Our Approach
We supported the development and launch of a portfolio of more than 200 ASINs, providing listing optimisation alongside ongoing advertising management.
We restructured campaigns, prioritised high-converting keywords and ASINs, reduced wasted spend through negative targeting and continuously reallocated budgets based on performance.
Beyond advertising, we identified listing and product-level issues affecting conversion, recommending improvements to images, titles and bullet points. We also monitored competitor best sellers and worked with the client to improve product pages.
As the range expanded, we introduced category-level performance reporting to help the client better understand profitability across different product ranges and make more informed decisions.
The Result
Nifty Bargains developed a strong Amazon presence, becoming a best seller across two different product categories and gaining significant market share in both.
TACoS reduced from 29% to around 17% within two months. We also successfully launched a new product range, improved organic rankings and established a strong position in the Radiator Shelves category.
Year-on-year, total sales grew 242%, with ad sales up 188% from a 107% increase in spend, while maintaining an ACoS below 20%.
Stock availability issues slowed some of the momentum following a particularly strong start to the year. However, the brand maintained a strong position within both markets.
