The Challenge

SumUp did not want to restock its German third-party logistics (3PL) provider, creating a fulfilment challenge for its eBay Germany account.

The objective was to find an alternative fulfilment solution that would allow sales on eBay Germany to resume without restocking the existing 3PL.

Our Approach

We implemented Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) through Multichannel Pro (3 Colts), connecting the products listed on eBay Germany with their corresponding products on Amazon Germany.

This created a fulfilment link between the two marketplaces, allowing the eBay account to use Amazon MCF.

The Result

The integration was straightforward to set up, and eBay Germany resumed selling successfully, with no reported issues.
