The Challenge

The Key Safe Company was unable to sell its full product range on Amazon Germany due to complex verification issues involving Brand Registry and additional documentation requirements.

In January 2026, the client tasked Highlands with resolving these issues and making its full product range available on the German marketplace by March.

Our Approach

We investigated the individual issues preventing products from going live, working directly with Amazon and Brand Registry to resolve them.

Over several weeks, we managed multiple cases, supplied the required documentation, addressed Brand Registry issues and followed up with Amazon, escalating cases where necessary.

With several different verification challenges to overcome, this required ongoing case management to ensure the full range could be activated.

The Result

We successfully resolved the outstanding issues and made the full intended Key Safe range available on Amazon Germany within the client's target timeframe.

Following the range expansion, the German marketplace continued to grow, achieving a record-breaking sales month in July 2026.

July was also a record-breaking month for Key Safe UK, marking its third record-breaking month of 2026.
